What exactly does this do?

If you've spent any time in the issue query then you know that when a comment is posted as a follow up, using have the ability to switch fields using dropdowns. Example.

if someone posts a bug and submits the issue.
The next user can switch it from bug, to support request. or from bug to fixed, so on so forth.

That's what this module is similar to.

an example right here is that I marked the issue as closed in my last comment. In this comment I am going to remark it active.

and now I'm going to mark is as closed.

I believe this module does what I want, but even the above doesn't help clarify.

Could you publish step-by-step instructions about how to accomplish the above scenario?
