Need 2 issues fixed before launch

I have 2 issues on my site keeping me from launching.

1. I need to hide nodes from users who dont have a relationship to the author using rules. I have this working in drupal 6 but cant figure it out in drupal 7.

2. I need to redirect a user if the invited user is already a user. This would take the inviting user to the invited users profile page to add a relationship instead of inviting them.

I have put these issues on this site but havent gotten a response so i am willing to pay to get them done so i can launch. here are the issue pages.
