cookie control popup missing

I installed the module on a site and tested it on different devices. On android phones (tested on Samsung Galaxy S) if I access the site with the default browser the popup is missing and I can't log in. If I visit the site from the same device, but from the Firefox browser the popup appears. But not that many android users have the firefox browser installed. Most people use the default browser.
