Reviewing the project page revisions it looks like the Commons logo changed on 25/02/2013 - 16:43 (after this issue was postponed) so I think that this is back to "active".

#6 is just a simple file replacement. Tested by applying the patch to the Commons Origins enabled on an existing Commons installation.
