Description

To save others the great amount of time I have just spent trying to get the integrated export csv/doc feature to work (I have used it before but before it was rolled in), I am attaching a text file that you can include with the next release either in the README or INSTALL file. Having the Doc and CSV additions under views arguments is not very instinctual, so I think it would be helpful to provide others this text.

This is much needed the only documentation available is on the project page and isn't very clear.
As a first glance I thought you were only able to make a page with the CSV/DOC format which is not very friendly (IMHO).
Reading this piece of doc helped me set up the link to the CSV file which is very usefull.

Thanks a lot, this helped! basic instructions for a module should be the bare minimum requirement for documentation

Could you please specify how you get the views to show a link in CSV? I am trying to do the same thing and I am kinda lost here.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Well back in maarch when I posted my comment, the README attached to this thread helped me resolved the issue. I was using Drupal 5.7, Views 5.x-1.6 and views bonus export 5.x-1.2-alpha1
But I didn't try this since this day...

I probably misinterpreted what you wrote at the first time. What I was looking for is function that could export links to nodes as function Node: Link to node.

My gracious! Finally! Why the heck is this not rolled out in the release. Ridiculous how long this has taken me to find. Thank you for submitting this. Shame on the module admin for not including this. I would not call this intuitive in the least.

I apologize if I come across anal. I'm extremely grateful to you for putting this up. You've saved me a lot of hair-pulling.
