In the navigation block. I want the word "product" to read "catalog" I can't find the file to change the wording in. I've checked product.module, store.module, store.inc.

Can someone guide me to the correct file where I can change this?

enable the menu module, which allows you to edit menu items without any hacking, amongst other things.
