The ability is a Drupal 6.x theme. Filing an issue using your issues like or going to the ability project page and sending a support request. Ask the developer if there are intentions to have the theme backported to Drupal 5.
Credit on a site typically doesn't get a theme built, unless that site is seeing a maximum amount of users and afford popularity.
