shipping charge calculation

Shipping Rates:

ShippingDescription Range Charge
Under $25 total purchase-> $0.00 - $24.99-> 6% (purchase) + $6.50
Under $75 total purchase-> $25.00 - $74.99->6% (purchase) + $6.75
Over $75 total purchase-> $75.00+ ->7% (purchase) + $6.00

please any one know that how to write shiiping rule based on the above specification

If you are using ubercart

If you are using ubercart then add two more modules shipping quotes and flat_rate. With the help of those two module you can easily enter above condition for shipping.
