Not working in conjunction with Taxonomy Access for Categories to be restricted by roles.

If I have roles restricting viewing the dhtml tree, it all still shows up and does not honour these restrictions.

Even though I have one vocabulary I wish to be viewed in this context, I still want it to remain not visible to "no role" or "anonymous" type users as set in Category Permissions.

in order to respect taxonomy access properly, we need to implement the following issue: http://drupal.org/node/16452. voice your support there.

if taxonomy_access.module is taking advatage of db_rewrite_sql() to limit terms, then this can now work. in any case, it isn't part of this module's job.

Empty vocabularies will show up only for administrators.

YOU HAVE TO REPATCH TAXONOMY.MODULE!
