Hi,

I added a new forum which I wish to be made public.
So I want to add it to the Taxonomy access permissions for anonymous users.
However it will not let me add it.
I can see it as a new item at the bottom but when i add nothing happens.
It does not let me add it for authenticated user either.
Deleting doesn't seem to work as well.

I tried adding to other users and this seemed to work.
Very confused as this seemed to work in the past.
