I have a need for comments on a site, but there's a good chance the comments may contain an actual question, which should be emailed to customer service. Is it possible to have a dropdown for the comments? So if person selected a question, it will get emailed instead of posted?

Just not sure what direction to take and what modules might fit this bill.

Its not really a comment, more of a feedback so look at webform http://drupal.org/project/webform

have the ability to direct certain responses to certain email addresses and others are posted as comments?

I've used webform for forms, but not to this extent.

webform has a great api as well for this
