Infinite loop on Drush up

Issue Summary

Thanks for this great distro and theme:)

When we try to "drush up", an infinite loop starts.

So we update our core and modules manually.

I decided to create an issue for it, but I'm not sure for the right place to create it:/

I solved this issue somehow.

I made "drush up drupal" first. And then "drush up" and Voila!

I'm closing right now. Thanks for great distro & theme again:)
