Hello all,
I have a serious problem on my website. We are selling a big file (video file), its size is about 1Gb, and we are using ubercart to implement our store on Drupal 7.
Everything seems to work fine, but sometimes (only sometimes) some customers can't download the file completely, it stops when they have aproximately 300-400 Mb of the file. They try and try again but always the process is interrrupted.
As I said, other customers has no problem and can download the whole file...
Anyone knows why is this happening? Do I have some configuration option missing?

Service Provider
It was a php restriction from my service provider (1and1). You cannot edit the php variables unless you have a dedicated server
