After upgrading from PHP 4.0.26 to PHP 5.0 all sites on Drupal 4.7 are unavailable with error code 500. Site on Drupal 5.0 has problem with encoding: www.velo100.org.
What's the problem? What can I do?

I had compiled my PHP. When I deleted "Action php-script /cgi-bin/php
AddHandler php-script .php" in .htaccess all sites are available, but error with encoding.
My SQL - 5.0.x
