When the Views Mail test mode is on, an error message is shown:

Views Mail test mode is on.mail will be displayed and not sent.Turn test mode off at admin/settings/views_mail

The link admin/settings/views_mail is wrong. It redirects to another website, not to the Drupal settings page for the views mail module.
