LTI Tool Provider Memberships

The lti_tool_provider_memberships sub-module implements the LTI 1 Context Memberships extension service.

Without this module enabled the lti_tool_provider module provisions user accounts whenever a new user launches the Tool from a LMS. It is desirable in many tools to have all of the accounts provisioned before students begin to use the tool. Also at different times during a course it might be useful to remove user accounts for students who have dropped the course or to add new users. This can be achieved with the LTI Tool Provider Memberships module.
