We need a themer, not just a designer, who will be converting an existing Joomla template to a Drupal theme.
Writing a small, simple module or modifying an existing one might be needed (or not).
- Theme needs to be fully responsive, plays well on mobile devices like tablets and phones.
- We strongly prefer it to be based on a very well known and widely used base theme, such as Omega, Zen or AdaptiveTheme or etc.
