overlay broken jquery / ajax

hi,
i figure now the module out. if u work with panels, views or media you will become sometimes for the setup a overlay. now with the dev installed i broke this. this means the overlay is gone and you can´t setup anything fine. this makes working with the modules not possible - so i mean its critical. i attach a picture to see whats happend. after deactivating the module the overlay works fine and i can setup my views,panels like i wish.
