jQuery.effects not loading

I have a bunch of jQuery effects in /misc/ui that are not being loaded into my pages - jquery.effects.slide.min.js for example.
Other jQuery scripts such as jquery.ui.draggable.min.js are loading just fine.

Before I hack these scripts' links into one of the PHP templates - does anyone know where I'd go to fix this?

You need to load a library

You need to load a library for it to be available using drupal_add_library

Theme?
