Hi there,

I've set up an exposed filter block in my sidebar with the results showing in the main content area. However, when a user selects options that display no results, the No Results text does not show. I'm guessing this is because it thinks there is a result but I'm not sure how to debug this. Does anyone have any insight?

I have a view with an exposed filter in a separate block. I was able to see the "No Results" Global Text message. Can you provide a link to a screenshot of your View settings?

The No Results should just say "No results match your search criteria."

And here's a link to a page with no results:

I'm so confused!!

There are a lot of "moving parts" related to this view including the search API and Display Suite. I would tend to think this problem is related to the Search API Views integration. But I did not find any existing issues on this subject in the Search API queue. You might also try to look. I don't have Search API installed. So, I cannot confirm if this is a problem.
