If a node has a file attached to it, how do I send that file using mimemail?

This issue is based on my question in the Views Mail project.

I am trying to send a newsletter with attachment to users, based on name (CCK text) and email (CCK email) in a custom CCK node.

The mails are sent ok, but the attachment is always missing. I have been trying with different file formats (jpg, pdf, ...), files with/without spaces in the name, different newsletter settings (plain/html), ... all without luck.

I solved the issue in the Views Mail module.
