In all of the submit content pages the submit content portion is moved down the page to the bottom of the right sidebar leaving white space above it. If a block expands then it moves down with the bottom of the sidebar. I've attached my modified style.css. A screenshot is available at http://jeffyoshimura.com/files/ScreenShot005.png

I also have this issue. Have you solved it? They layout for this theme is awkward, the div's aren't float left aligned. Your only option in my opinion is to recode the css... this will fix the other problem with the right side over expanding. I'll recode it tomorrow and submit the css.

It would be better if you post the fix in open, and great if you could prepare a patch so that we can fix the theme itself.

The theme has been removed, since the template was not GPL licensed, which is a prerequisite for hosting code on Drupal.org's CVS. #143795
