I'll log progress in integration of the lti_tool_provider_outcomes sub-module here. This work will be in the 7.x-1.x branch and after I'm done I'll build a new dev release that includes this sub-module.

Just an update. I'm currently making a major change to this code to support versions on outcomes. I think it is important that with student grades there is an audit trail of when modifications are made to the grade. I hope to commit the updated outcomes module in a day or so. Because the first commit hasn't been put in a release, I won't have any migration code so you will need to uninstall the outcomes submodule and reinstall it.
