Why do you want to know this? Favorite modules differ from person to person and from site to site. You're probably right about CCK and Views: the combination of those two is so powerfull, I couldn't imagine drupal without it. I get the impression that taxonomy and Organic Groups are quite popular too.

But does popularity really matter? I don't think so. You choose your modules because your site needs them, not because they're popular - right? Why don't you tell us what you want to do with Drupal?
