After a lot of test installation in a clean enviroment I have found that is impossible to access at the admin panel after a clean installation because:
http://www.mysite.tld/?q=admin/ecsettings/rtypes/settings is blank!
I cannot set it and also /?q=admin/logs/status is blank!

If I try to access to admin panel it's blank.

I cannot set the Default currency just after enable the module. It's impossible to do anything after installation. Also the chart doesn't work in this situation.

Luca,

i guess reinstalling the whole eC modules will solve your problem
