Release notes

This branch is no longer being developed. There are no releases. Use 7.x-1.x.

Thus is heralded a new era of Fill PDF.

Stuff like integration with the upcoming PDF Forms API, larger architectural changes, and more will be coming here. At first, it will just follow 7.x-1.x until that's more stable. Once tests are written, then it can start to deviate. We'll figure it out :)
