What is the URL for the feed?

What's the Feed URL? I thought that this tool was used to create category specific feeds. Doesn't it generate a URL for me?

Also, Category_Aggregator page says "Check the accompanying readme file", but there isn't a readme file.

The module does _not_ create category specific feeds. What it does is aggregate only posts categorised with a particular term on the external feeds and then creates them as a node with the same category.
For example, if you were to aggregate a feed from a news site but only wanted feeds categorised under sports and medicine, the module would ignore all other feeds except the ones with those terms and aggregate them as nodes in your drupal site under the same categories.
