Taxonomy CSV documentation

At least a hint about the CSV format? What columns shall be there? Parent, name, description, synonyms, relatives, weight?

My tests show that only term name is supported.
Attached is a sample file with correctly imported hierarchy.

I have added a very simple README.txt, but I agree that more documentation is needed.

I think it's best that the additional documentation is added to the import page, or to the Drupal help pages (admin/help).

Feel free to write up some simple instructions (preferably within a patch), otherwise I will do it when I have the time.
