Can't catch audio comment from evoca.com

Description
I 'm experimenting with Evoca audio comments and did the following:
1. Created Evoca Express account and public Group
2. Upload mp3-files and mike records, then determined ids
3. Use [evoca id] to call audio comments
Evoca player appeared on my web page but played only voice-message about "...final parameter must be post into the player for to work properly."
What I did wrong?
