How to work with jquery.min.js in drupal 7?

hi good day

I have to use a jQuery code
to integrate my files use the following code in my theme.info

scripts[] = js/jquery.min.js

but when I integrate jquery.min
the superfish menu stops working

What would you call a block jquery.min.js specific? or do not cause conflicts

IMPORTANT I need jquery.min.js
I do not require jquery.js or is it the same?

They are the same, core includes jQuery
