This cleans up the syslog.module settings help text. Note there should be a syslog.module and dblog.module component for patch submission and issues (issue here: http://drupal.org/node/136057 )

IMO, this is actually a duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/172592, though arguably this patch has a much smaller scope (in that it only changes a section of the help text). I hate to change the status from RTBC, however.....
