I see in your module you use (included) the smileys from kolobok. Your software is published under GPL. But the smileys from kolobok are not alowed to use on comercial pages. Did you have an exspecial agremend with then? Can I use your module on commercial sites?

This module is a fork of the Smileys module. It's possible that the original module author, Gurpartap Singh had gained permission to include the icons in the module.

I've moved this issue to the Smileys issue queue so you might be able to get more information.

I am wondering about that. This is a legal issue for "Smiley" too. When you publish this under GPL then you have to make shure that all contained components are published with the GPL. The best way if you not shure is to exclude the smilys and make an external Link on your homepage.
