I'm usign D7.17 and I installed latest nucleus and zircon themes. I faced a problem when I add or edit a node includes image field. I attached same screen for with zircon and bartik themes. If you noticed how image and revision log fields are mixed. And I cannot click Upload button for image.

Any idea?

I found the solution. Problem caused by my custom css modifications.
