This is a patch to make wysiwyg and admin_menu play nice together. Basically the current js maximize code hides and shows the #toolbar element, so I just added #admin-menu to the selectors (just did a global search and replace).
It works well for ckeditor 4.0, both with the toolbar and with admin_menu, I haven't tested any other editors though.

twodOops, I missed this issue when #1898210: Administration menu overlaps editors in fullscreen mode was reported and therefore didn't see you had already created a patch. Sorry for taking the credit for coming up with the same fix.
