Since updating to 5.3, when I post to the Forum it doesn't offer a list of established forums to put the new post in, and when I post the forum, it does not show up in any of the existing forums. However, it does show up in my "new forum posts" area. But that is the only place I can find it.

I know 5.3 had a Forum fix in it. Does anyone have a solution?

Todd, thanks for pointing me to that link. I had to go through all the steps, but it worked great.
