I get below error while visiting the Campaignmonitor config page.

Fatal error: Call to a member function make_call() on a non-object in /home/htdocs/register/pub/sites/all/libraries/createsend-php-master/class/base_classes.php on line 220

You should install the library in sites/all/libraries/campaignmonitor, but not sure that it will solve the issue.

Which version of the create-send library are you using ?
Do you have the php-curl extension installed ?
