Looking to specify theme based on referral

Hoping someone can help me.

I'm looking for a way to display a second theme based on the referring website. For example, only show Theme #2 for node when visit came from www.google.com.

Is there a module on the shelf? Any ideas?

Themekey may work (I do not know if can act based on the referrer) You could also use context plus context PHP (to write a context that depends on the referrer). I can not recall if context has a reaction to change the theme or if that is an additional module.
