IE Mac Browser Issue?

Not sure if this is a browser issue or what, but though all looks good on one of my drupal sites (http://www.obinc.us/drupal/) in Safari on a Mac, if I take the Mac IE (newest) at it, the primary links are displayed in a long vertical array rather than horizontally. The display overlaps with menu/navigation items on the right. Also, the center column text goes under any third column items, though I suppose I can learn to live with an all left alignment if necessary? What I'm talking about can be seen at http://obinc.us/capture.jpg. Thanks for any observations.
