I have been thrown into updating my drupal site. I understand the basics but I am missing some key info. Like how do I update css files. Can I access them through the CMS or do I need to go into the site via ftp. Also I am having trouble figuring out where some content lives that appears on my site. http://www.eight38signco.com
If you look at the front page at the bottom there is a grey box with a quote, hours and other info. I can't seem to figure out where I can change this info. Can anyone help guide me and help a newbie get off the ground. I have spent a couple hours going over the CMS and I just can't seem to get it all under control.

You need to use FTP (or some other tool) to access the css files.
The parts in the footer are blocks. Look on the block administration page under the "footer" region.
