CKEditor problem (not visible)

Hi, I'm running Drupal 7.17 and I installed the last CKEditor module ( https://drupal.org/project/ckeditor ) .
I follow the instructions and installed correctly the module. I place the CKEditor libraries in ".../module/ckeditor/ckeditor/" and after alternatively in ".../libraries/ckeditor/" . Anyway CKEditor do not work for me, when I try to add a new article I don't se the CKEditor text-area and commands. If I try to switch to plain text editor there is no problem.

What's wrong? I really can't understand... I suppose to done all the required steps, but still ckeditor not work.
