When I place an International order of 6 items or fewer, the 'USPS First-Class Mail International Parcel' quote shows as expected...

However, starting with quantity 7, I'm getting the message: "No shipping rates found for your order. Please continue the checkout process."

So I'm wondering why quotes are not working above 7 CDs. Any advice will be appreciated!

@jimmb,

7 CDs is probably exceeding the weight of the First Class International service. (https://www.usps.com/ship/first-class-international.htm). You might have to roll over to another USPS service if your weight is greater that what's allowed. Let me know if this fixes your issue.

Thanks for the reply, and apologies for the delayed response. I ran your suggestion past the client, and he said:

According to tests on our weighing scale:
International First Class Package rates:
6 Cds (1lb 8oz) costs $13.17
7 or 8 Cds cost $14.74
11 Cds (1lb 15oz) cost $17.88

I didn't have more CDs to test with on hand, but jumping to Medium Flat rate box for $43 after that seems steep. I hope the module can produce something like this (or at least not zero).

Is it possible to adjust things as he's requesting with this module?
