hook_requirements check for page_title overrides the main $requirements item

Issue Summary

If the Page Title module is installed, the code in metatag_requirements() that displays a custom message overrides the normal metatag requirements message.

This renames the $requirements item for Page Title to 'metatag_page_title'.
