I use Views to create an RSS feed showing new documents that I upload to the site. It works nicely when I create new (nodes for) documents. However, I would like to be able to tell the RSS subscribers (pollers) when a document has been updated.
So just updating the node should cause the RSS Feed to be updated.

(I have run cron.)
Does this question belong in Views?

you would like to tell readers the feed has been updated how? meaning what effect? updated nodes pushed back to the top of the feed?
