Validate that destination content type has comments enabled

The current release of wordpress_migrate imports comments unconditionally, even if the destination content type has comments disabled. The next version already allows the user to select whether to import comments for each content type - it should make sure the option is not presented (and defaulted to FALSE) if comments are not enabled.
