D7 Site Migrated, $base_url set to new domain, .htaccess edited, and STILL I am getting the wrong base url.

Edit to end all edits: Nevermind. I was stupid and put a tag in my html.tpl.php file where it shouldn't have been. I started this site a while ago and I was ridiculously noobish back then. Removed that and everything is working fine. Thank all.
