Tokens - 3 x [node:field_NAME_OF_FIELD] work with the exception of 1 when it only works when you re-save the node

I am using 'Automatically generate the title and hide the title field' with a 'Pattern for the title' as:

COMPANY NAME: [node:field_client_company_name] JOB: [node:field-client-job-description] CREATED ON: [node:created:custom:r] BY: [current-user:name]

The issue is that it all works first time the node is created with the exception [node:field-client-job-description]. This only works on re-saving the node. Why would this be when they are all the same in terms of what the fields are and when they were created?

So to be clear in this example you would the title of the node appearing as:

COMPANY NAME: NEW TEST 9 JOB: [node:field-client-job-description] CREATED ON: Fri, 14 Dec 2012 19:42:52 +0000 BY: stepheN.1151.mR

and then on re-saving/having been updated it would be correct as below where the [node:field-client-job-description] has been replaced with the correct field information:

COMPANY NAME: NEW TEST 9 JOB: NEWTS 9 CREATED ON: Fri, 14 Dec 2012 19:42:52 +0000 BY: stepheN.1151.mR
