Module Webcams does not obey view permissions

I set the permissions in the module permissions page so that anonymous users cannot view the webcams without logging in first.

But it still allows them to view it regardless.

Please help as I do not want them to be able to view the webcam feeds without logging in first :)

(I have had to use a .htaccess file and put a notice in a members node to state the password)
