using Drupal-CVS as of 6/3 and taxonomy_html CVS downloaded on 6/4, get four instances of the following warning displayed when accessing taxonomy_html listing page:

warning: Wrong datatype for second argument in call to in_array in /home/cel4145/public_html/modules/taxonomy_html.module on line 69.

otherwise, the page displays and works properly. all term listings show up and links work.
