Open Issues based on the Drupal 8 multilingual user testing results

Updated issue summary to point to the g.d.o post to track what issues have been open so do not duplicate work.

a few more:

#1891096: Users don't understand the "Plug" toolbar icon (which points to the modules page)
#1833184: Find a consistent naming scheme for translation-related modules
#1891126: Extend / Modules page disabled red signal concerned usability participants

they could use help with identifying related issues, or duplicates.

• #1891450: message to enable the language switcher block when adding a language is not noticed (Automatically enable?)
• #1833022: Only display interface language detection options to customize more granularity

from task 2:
#715972-9: People section(s) are very confusing (existing issue)
(the rest from task 2 have already been addressed)

from task 3:

• #1807800: Add status and authoring information as generic entity translation metadata (puts more in the translate vertical tab)
• #1498674: Refactor node properties to multilingual
• (work on this to help: #1818556: Convert nodes to the new Entity Field API it's blocking)
• some other things already solved like #1869328: Restore simplicity of language list (removes system languages from table)

Updated issue summary, moved node title translation to others, we wont wait on that to do more testing. but it would be awesome!

has notes from the first user, and more user test results will be added there.

We'll look to see what issues to link to that already exist, and what issues can be created.

There has been much that has changed since then. We should not do this until we have more recent data. (maybe close this)
