Hi there. Good module!
I just spent three hours to figure out why link module doesn't work properly with ECK. It seems we forgot to put the & before the $form_state parameter in eck__entity__form().

I guess this can fix some other issues related to fields.

This is a duplicate of #1780382: Date popup not working within field collection for eck entities and will be fixed soon. Thanks for the effort anyway. :)
